Heart Help is an educational wellness and tracking app published by Social Snowball LLC. It helps adults make food, movement, sleep, recovery and tracking habits easier to understand and easier to act on.

Heart Help translates established cardiovascular and public-health guidance into plain-language actions. Educational pages link directly to organizations such as the American Heart Association, CDC and other authoritative health sources.
Heart Help does not diagnose heart disease, hypertension, diabetes or a lipid disorder; calculate an ASCVD percentage; prescribe treatment; or tell a user to start, stop or change medication.
The Heart Help Score is a transparent daily behavior and adherence score. Food is the largest component. Blood pressure, labs, weight and other measurements stay in Health Signals and do not change the daily score.
Signed-in food logs, profile choices, lifestyle records and Health Signals are stored under the user’s account with per-user access rules so one user’s private records are not returned as another user’s data.
